Athletes must arrive to each session 10 minutes before start time to check in. Before attending each session wash your hands, ensure that you label your drink bottle no sharing and bring hand gel all coaches are provided with a bottle of gel should anyone need some. Please go to the bathroom beforehand as facilities will not be open.
All athletes are assigned to a specific group. (Green, Orange, Yellow, Red, Blue).
